I created The Life Force Blueprint because I finally discovered why, no matter how healthy I lived, I always seemed to be struggling to have enough energy to do the things in life I enjoy (and why menopause hit me so hard)!

I discovered the answers to my energy drain and how the benefits I experienced could be shared with others to help them reclaim their energy.

I’ve experienced several spinal injuries over my life and always chalked up my lack of sleep or low energy or chronic pain or emotional rollercoaster or hormone imbalance to those spinal projects. And then my Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Doctor mentioned Jing depletion and a light bulb went off. It had been Jing all along!

Jing is our life force essence. Jing essence is your fountain of youth, your wellspring of well-being and your source of strength and vitality.

We can feel the effects of Jing depletion at any time in life, however, it tends to make itself known at midlife through hormone depletion, brain fog, disturbed sleep, heightened anxiety/fear, aches and pains and other unwelcome guests.

Meet Stephanie

Stephanie is the author of over 20 books, including the multi-award-winning memoir An Accidental Awakening: It’s not about yoga; It’s about family. Her passions and training over the years include women’s strength training, nutrition and wellness, Tibetan Breathing and Movement Yoga, raw nutrition, spinal reflexology, Qigong, Reiki and Ayurveda.

She is a certified Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong instructor and mom.

Meet Jacquie

Jacquie is an emerging novelist, recently finishing a historical novel based on her family ancestry, which led to writing her own memoir. Currently she is writing a novel set in the 1960s, exploring women’s themes of identity, choice and family.

She is a dedicated yoga practitioner who enjoys art history and classic literature.
